yeah thats difficult to forget the past

because there are constant reminders of it every where surrounding you.

so take the opportunity to change your surroundings and let go of yesterdays regrets

just put them in the garbage and leave them at the curb along with the rest of their sins

and look forward to small details like the company of a true friend
